Job Description

Role : Technical / Installation Executive

Project Engineering

Monitoring project schedule, expediting the concern areas and driving the technical team for timely installation of furniture.
Planning effective manpower deployment & works scheduling of qualified workforce.

Installation

Scheduling the various jobs and completing the monthly installations as per the targets within estimated costs/agreed time schedules.
Monitoring & following-up the installation.
Establishing the productivity norms for different installations and implementing the same.
Corresponding and interacting with the customer on regular basis so that the installation is complete as per the customers requirement.
Coordinating and communicating with the customer regarding discrepancy/dispute.
Preparing a monthly projection of jobs requiring installation and auditing.
Collecting daily report from Technicians and following up with other departments.
Accountable for customer satisfaction and quality of installation

Process Enhancement

Implementing various techniques for cycle time reduction, identification of opportunities and analysing data and cost benefit.
Executing cost saving techniques/ measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in O&M expenditures and work within the budget.
