Duties and Responsibilities:

The individual at work installs the set-top box at customer’s premises; addresses the field serviceable complaints and coordinates with the technical team for activation of new connections.  

Direct to Home (DTH) Set-top box technician installs set-top boxes and provides after sales service for the system. The individual at work installs the set-top box at customer’s premises; addresses the field serviceable complaints and coordinates with the technical team for activation of new connections. DAS STB Installer & Service Technician with added qualifications and work experience can progress as per the occupational map to Test & Repair Technician/ Engineer, Facilities Management Engineer, Managed Services Engineer, Zonal & Regional Service Head, Service Head.
