Job Description

Genpact Hyderabad is hiring for HR recruiters to work with its central hiring team .

6 Days working

Basic Salary+ Incentives+ Bonus

Here is what you will be working on:

Understanding the requirements and accordingly execute a search plan for identifying potential candidates to fit the requirement

 Source candidates using multiple sourcing channels including internal databases, job boards, head-hunting and networking

Manage scheduling and coordination related activities in the entire recruitment process

Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

Take ownership for the end-to-end recruitment life cycle

Minimum qualifications 
Any graduate/  MBA human resource (experienced)
Strong English language skills (verbal and written) Preferred Experience

Prior experience in candidate sourcing, job portals, entry level bulk hiring

 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
