Job Description

The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing the Retail Sales (general public) in the areas of marketing and selling the Kinder Sports LLP programs.

Will ensure that sales targets are met.

The candidates should have a strong understanding of the Sports sector along with good networks.

Creativity, collaboration, and a passion for marketing excellence are all essential components of this position Kinder Sports LLP as the premier Sports Services / Infrastructure provider in India.

He/she should be able to generate leads.

Candidate should be enough flexible to travel anywhere in Vijaywada.

Responsibilities and Duties

Meet key metrics / deliverable across target segments and regions in Gujarat, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh and Goa as outlined. Generate prospect list regularly and sufficiently to ensure all targets are met

Lead generation activities: suggest method and develop sales action plan organise Sales Activation Programs at key locations.

Establish strong collaborative relationships with Schools, large local sporting bodies , corporate groups and our Marketing/Sales teams, sharing best practices and providing new product specific feedback to drive product growth across segments

Liaise with key team members to help develop appropriate business and market intelligence strategies including marketing communication materials, brand positioning, key selling strategies, and associated messaging.

Be aware of marketplace trends and competitor activity

Drive performance excellence in Sales/Marketing systems and processes for Kinder Sports LLP and close each order sale professionally and efficiently to ensure a satisfied customer

Proactively identify, analyse and manage business improvement opportunities and mitigate business risks.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have a MBA – Marketing and have a proven track record in marketing and/or sales management/ Sports focused company.

Should have an outgoing nature and be able to adapt to new practices.
