Job Description

Person has to be flexible will have 40% internal hiring target should know the local language - Telugu Deadline oriented mature should be adaptable basis our work culture and infrastructure open for travelling to Corporate Office - Kolkata as and when required Time Office Management On boarding and Orientation Training and Development Performance Management System Employee Relations Employee Engagement Policy and Procedures Maintain employee files and records Provide support to employees in various HR related topics Promote HR programs to create an efficient and engaging workplace Drive the development and implementation of important human resource policies Initiate and drive team activities and events Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics general administration MIS - Weekly, Monthly Reports based on the performance at the time of interview and previous work experience salary will be decided
