We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for daily field visits to generate leads, meet potential clients, and promote our Website Developing and Digital Marketing Agency. This role is target-oriented and includes an attractive commission structure for sales achieved beyond the defined targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct daily field visits to identify potential customers and pitch our Website Designing and digital marketing services.
2. Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure long-term collaboration.
3. Achieve monthly sales targets set by the management.
4. Educate clients about our service plans (₹5,000, ₹15,000, and ₹30,000) and tailor solutions to their needs.
5. Maintain a detailed record of daily activities, client meetings, and outcomes.
6. Work closely with the marketing team to align field efforts with overall sales strategies.
7. Report progress and challenges to the Sales Manager regularly.
8. Participate in team meetings, share insights, and contribute ideas for improving sales strategies.

Key Requirements:

1. Proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably in a field-based role.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Confidence in pitching and negotiating with clients.
4. Self-motivated and result-oriented mindset.
5. Ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
6. Basic knowledge of digital marketing services (training will be provided).
7. Must own a vehicle for daily field visits.

Compensation:

1. Salary: ₹12000-45000 per month.
2. Incentives: Commission of 10% for every sale achieved beyond the set target.

Working Hours:

Monday to Saturday 10:00 - 18:00, with flexibility based on client meetings.
