Job Description:

Support and Administration of Morningstars Global WAN, Office and Datacentre networks.
Implementation and ongoing management of Cisco ISR Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Wan optimizers and load-balancers.
Routine implementation of Firewall ACL, Switching and Route changes.
Experience in managing and troubleshooting of Cisco ISE, Cisco Wireless Controllers & Access Points.
Experience in Riverbed and Symantec Bluecoat and ability to provide the reports of top users are who are consuming the most bandwidth.
Monitor and maintaining of MPLS, Internet LL & PPP Links.
Co-ordinate & work with ISP's & Hardware/Software vendors to resolve issues.
Responding to incidents and alerts escalated by Morningstars NOC.
Actively participate in monthly maintenance activities which includes IOS, Cisco Nexus Upgrades, Wireless controller & ASA Upgrades.
Managing and maintaining the operational integrity of our systems.
Assist with the transition of Knowledge and support processes to the Infrastructure support team.
Participation in the delivery of IT projects as required.

Requirements:

Hands-on experience in a complex network environment.
Good English communication and presentation skills (written & verbal).
An ability to demonstrate a focus on attention to detail and high-quality results.
Strong technical subject matter expertise on Cisco Routers, Switches, firewalls & other Networking equipments.
Strong technical expertise with Switching (VLAN, Trunking, Dot1x, various flavours of STP) protocols and Routing protocols (RIP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP).
In-depth knowledge in WAN transport systems/services, LAN switching technology (including Spanning tree, VTP domain management).
Experience on Cisco Catalyst & Nexus 9K & 5K switches, Cisco ASR 1000 series routers, Cisco IOS, NX-OS & ASA network operating.
Strong Knowledge of MPLS & QoS.
Strong knowledge & good experience on Site-2-Site VPN, Remote VPN, Data Protection, URL filtering, NAT, QOS, IPSEC.
Experience in Monitoring tools.
Hands-on experience in some of or all following areas: VSS, Data Center Technologies, HSRP, QoS, DMVPN, SSL VPN/Ipsec VPN, Wireless technologies, F5 load balancers & Cisco Firewalls.
In-depth understanding and Working knowledge of MPLS, PTP Links.
Cisco CCNA or higher-level certification.
Knowledge on AWS direct connect.

Skills:

F5 BIGIP traffic managers.
Cisco UCS.
VMware NSX.
ITIL Foundation certification.
