Managers are the people in charge of employees and the facilities they work for. As a manager, yourjob is to plan and promote the daily schedule of employees and the business, interview, hire, and coordinate employees, create and maintain budgets, and coordinate with and report to seniormanagement in the company.

• recruiting, training and supervising staff.
• agreeing and managing budgets.
• planning menus.
• ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines.
• promoting and marketing the business.
• overseeing stock levels.
• ordering supplies.
• producing staff rotas.

Either way your role is the same. You ll be expected to advise businesses on technology and how it can help them perform better then oversee new systems design and development No matter what the project is as IT manager you ll be responsible for a lot of the planning justification and evaluation.
