Candidates with atleast 1year experience in Retail Liabilities-CASA Sales are invited to attend interview at below mentioned address. Eligibility criteria: 
Preferred Age Group : 20-29 Yrs
Preferred Qualification : Graduate / Post Graduate.
Having Experience in RL Sales i.e. Current Accounts, Saving Accounts, 
Third Party Product & Cross Selling
Good Communication Skills CTC To be Offered : upto 2.75 LPA + Incentive(basis current CTC ) Grade to be Offered : M1 ( Assistant Manager) ( On roll of Kotak Mahindra Bank )

  Job Profile:

The incumbent would be responsible for acquisition of new to bank 
customers through external individual efforts and existing customer 
references.
The incumbent would be responsible for handholding the acquired 
customers for initial 3 months and depending of the relationship. 
Excellent networking and acquisition skills 
Knowledge of local language and area with good communication skills.
Sales Profiles.
To source customers for Current Account, Savings Account Products of the 
bank. Customers to be sourced from individuals, small businesses, trusts, 
associations, societies, corporates.
Revenue Generation, Customer Acquisition, Customer Retention, Cost 
Efficiency Through Process
Hardcore sales mentality. Primary motivation from achievement of targets. 
A hunter by orientation.
Should be well groomed and presentable with ambassadorship qualities.
