Customer Service 
Working in various activity areas (POS, rides, video games, soft play, bowling lanes) & Providing assistance to customers.
Needs to maintain SOPs & Ensuring Service standards.
Cashiering & Stock Management.
Upkeep and Maintenance of hygiene in the store.
Proper personal grooming & Best behavior with guest. Handle the customers effectively on floor/POS/Rides/Play Area with no complaints. 
Effective coordination and communication with colleagues.
To have complete knowledge of all operations related SOP's.
Being an Ambassador of the brand.
Providing a safe and hassle free environment for Customers.
