Job Description

Job Role & Responsibilities

·         You should have a 4-5 year experience in Inventory/SCM domain. Overall experience of 6+ years

·         You will be responsible for managing the inventory across multiple business units.

·         The tasks include: Multiple operational activities to be completed adhering to SLAs

·         Track KPIs and report on Inventory Management performance

·         Analyze data to identify problematic areas and suggest improvements

·         Create and revise systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices and putting together standard operating procedures 

Must have Skills:

·         You should be Expert in use of Excel advanced level.

·         You should have hands on in SQL

·         You should have excellent written and verbal skills

·         Ability to suggest critically think, analyze data, and generate various reports using excel, SQL.

·         Managing & prioritizing a high volume of work in a fast paced environment 

·         You should be Self-motivated, have a hunger for success, creative and critical thinker

·         You should be flexible and willing to work across shifts.

·         Focused on deadlines and able to deliver within schedule

·         Team player

Good to have Skills:

·         Knowledge and understanding of concepts of Inventory Management, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Warehouse Management

·         Graduation or Post graduation in the field of Operations, Supply Chain Management

·         Comprehension capabilities to translate technically specific content into easy-to-read lay-man terms

·         Comprehend multiple instructions and follow accurately

·         Experience/Knowledge in using RPA tools is an added advantage

Preferred Domain Knowledge :
Preferably from Inventory management, Supply chain background & Graduates with ardent interest in Operations
