 A Senior R&D Engineer is responsible for leading and conducting R&D activities and transferring results, in order to identify and solve complex technical problems and carry out ground breaking research in relevant areas, deliver solutions for the BBC, inform the BBC's decisions, help create products, services, or to ...

• Lead and direct routine compliance functions related to product development and manufacturing of current products in R&D Center.
• Perform as proactive liaison with other organizational departments.
• Manage advanced product development program, improved materials or manufacturing processes.
• Develop test methods, standards and protocols supporting implementation of new material designs.
• Develop, conduct and analyze research and development studies.
• Contribute in yearly competitive product teardowns and analysis.
• Develop and present various standard and ad hoc reports related to R & D projects.
• Participate in appropriate training programs to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and company standards.
• Manage, coordinate and provide assistance with special projects as needed.
• Plan, schedule and coordinate resources to prepare proper documentation consistently with company objectives.
• Resolve engineering problems with engineering expertise at component through system level.
