 Job Description : 

 1. Develop and maintain functional expertise in product features, configuration, and customization's 

2. Participate in all stages of product life cycle, including: define requirements, design processes, conduct fit/gap analysis, create functional specifications, configure software, perform  functional testing, perform user acceptance testing, participate in migrations/ cut-overs, stabilize post launch environment

3. Support the team lead in developing work plans by providing input regarding detailed activities and time estimates 

4.  Assist with planning, developing, and review of materials required to support deployment to and adoption of tools by the global Consulting practice, including training materials, job aids, communications, etc.

5. Perform operational tasks related to product monitoring and life cycle management, such as producing metrics, maintaining distribution lists, and archiving content 

6. Provide level 2 support to practitioners 

7. Follow standard escalation process to resolve 

8. Work with CMT Support team to create, update  

Required Qualifications :

• Experience doing at least one of the following across the SDLC: process modeling, customer experience mapping, UI/UX design/prototyping, and/or asset management

• Experience with ARIS, Smaply, iRise, IBM Rational Asset Manager, or similar tools that support collaborative process modeling, customer experience mapping, UI/UX design/prototyping, and/or asset management

• Ability to quickly learn new technologies

• Ability to work in a virtual team

• Strong multi-tasking skills – ability to meet deadlines while working on multiple initiatives

• Excellent oral and written communication skills – ability to convey messages in a concise manger; articulate complex ideas; create clear presentations

• Strong organizational skills and proactive nature

• Requires minimal supervision, independent thinker and worker, detail-oriented
