1. Give Permanent fix to the desktop, printer problems, basic LAN & server Support issues.

2. Load/reload standard build operating system configurations.

3. Installation & troubling shooting of critical applications & their usage guidelines.

4. Installation of anti-virus on desktops and remove virus.

5. Escalate the problem to the technical specialist & to regional/National Team Leads if not resolved.
