Job Title:- Tech Ops Application Support Analyst

Qualification:-  BE / B.Tech 

Gender:- Female/Male

Experience:- 2+ Years

Salary:- 15,000 to 25,000

Responsibilities:

An active member of the Level 2 Application and Middleware Support team following the guidelines of established policies and ITIL framework.

• Responding to escalation from Tier 1 teams within specified timing in order to restore service.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues using resources that include personal technical ability, run book, solution database, diagnostics flow charts and senior members.
• Provide in depth application support via assorted media including telephone and online collaboration and chat tools.
• Interact with internal teams and external 3rd party vendors to trouble shoot and resolve complex problems.
• Understand and maintain application monitoring and performance tuning tools to identify anomalies quickly.
• Follow appropriate departmental and company procedures and policies (i.e. change control, security and auditing, release, configuration, problem and incident management).
• Provide input to administering and maintaining all production and internal environments.
• Provide input to change control implementations, backup and roll-back plans.
• Act as a technical resource for internal and external projects
• Utilize and contribute to robust procedures and processes within the TechOps team.
• Responding to logged service requests, account administration, software installations and general application and server administration.
• Maintain good working relationships with internal departments as well as 3rd party vendors.
• Fast learner and someone who’s exploring opportunity to learn new technologies.

Experience: 

1. 2+ years experience in an hands-on application support/ tech lead role.

2. 2+ years previoud experience in troubole nshooting & supporting applications running on Linux.

Skills:

1. Extensive problem solving and debugging skills

2. Experience in providing services to agreed SLA's and OLA's

3. Experienced in Problem and Incident Management supporting a large corporation.

4. Experience with working outside of core business hours at short-notice.
