Project Description:

The team's role is to conduct Telephonic interviewers and collect information for market research reports.
The position involves contacting respondents (Middle/Senior Management Personnel) and asking questions over the telephone. 
All of the information gathered for the surveys is kept confidential, and interviewers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the information they gather. 
The information collected is then documented in form of transcripts and shared with the concerned teams so that data can be analyzed and incorporated in reports.

Job Description:

Minimum of 6 months-4 years of experience of conducting primary research (qualitative and quantitative interviews) for various sectors across various regions in the globe.
Sector experience in FMCG/Foodservices would be preferred.
Working on ad-hoc custom research assignments and produce timely and accurate insights. 
Taking set number of interviews as per pre-decided quota.
Some experience in project and team management will be beneficial.
Meeting all internal and external deadlines.
Updating the individual MIS tracker regularly and help in maintaining accurate and detailed records.
Should be comfortable with working in flexible shifts (if required).

Desired Profile:

Good communication skills (both written and spoken) in Business English. 
Having attention to detail and the ability to verify and sanity check large amounts of data quickly.
Fair exposure, either academic or work related, in the consumer/food services industry would be an advantage.
Should have strong analytical skills and the ability to think independently.
Should be a quick learner, team player, innovative thinker and able to deliver results under tight deadlines.
Good working knowledge of Excel and MS Word.
Good secondary research skills.
