Job Description

We have organized a walk-in for Service Desk - Technical Support position with us in Hyd at the following address. Please go through the JD and if the profiles suits you, kindly walk-in on the mentioned address.

Typical Technical Support responsibilities would include:

·         Installation & configuration of a company's computer hardware operating systems and applications.

·         Maintenance and monitoring of computer networks and systems.

·         Logging the queries of customers and employees.

·         Analysis of call logs in order to discover any underlying issues or trends.

·         Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.

·         Testing and evaluating new technology.

·         Performing electrical safety checks on the companys computer equipment.

·         Responding to call-outs in a timely fashion.

·         Following instructions, either written or in diagram form, in order to set up a system or fix a fault.

Job Details:

1.      Experience: 2 to 5 yrs in Technical support (IT Helpdesk, Service Desk, etc)

2.      Voice Process - Good communication skills required

3.      Ready for 24 x 7 shifts

4.      Interview & Joining location: Hyd only
