JOB DESCRIPTION :-
Handling external or internal communication or management systems. Managing clerical or other administrative staff. Organizing, arranging and coordinating meetings. Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing post.
Office Administrator Responsibilities:
1 Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
2 Supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance
3 Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
4 Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
5 Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
6 Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
7 Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
