He is the first person which  is directly in touch with medical representative ( MR ).He is the 1st trainer of MR. Every MR find a ideal person in his manger. So, that a manager should be smart, bold, energetic, predictable, problem solving skills, adaptability, ability to work on a team, team coordination, team motivations,respect for leaders and co-workers.

     A manager always ready to help co-workers and guide in all good or worst condition. he is the      mentor or like a father for co-worker ( MR ).

    manager should have clear and clean thinking about the company strategies. on the behalf of        that he will guide his co-worker. A area manager shuld have some below qualities
