8 Detailed Responsibilities
Handle Customer Query / Complaints of Banks Customers
Handle enquiries on new products / communications launched by bank.
Ensure end to end resolution and provide customer satisfaction on every call Out calling customers whenever required and follow up to take queries to closures
Desired skills and competencies
Should be open to work in rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs. (Night shifts in case of male employees)
Open to work on Sundays and Bank holidays
Ability and desire to sell
Strong Communication
Experience in cross selling various banking products would be an added bonus
