This position is based out of call center.
Person will be responsible for taking outbound calls on response based campaigns.
Example: The Executive will be responsible for calling the customers and retaining them with our Business.
Key Responsibilities:
The role holder is responsible for Conversion of leads.
The role holder is responsible for retaining the customers.
The role holder is responsible for Target on up gradation /Cross Selling.
This role holder is responsible for quality of business He/She is sourcing
The incumbent is responsible for Accurate & timely generation of Daily / Weekly / Monthly reports.
Candidate Requirements
Fresher’s also welcome.
Should have Good Convincing Skills.
1-2 years similar experience in call center General insurance or insurance preferred
Understanding of CRM, Dialer, LMS and other relevant technology
Strong Communication Skills (Hindi/English/Regional language will be added advantage)
Ability to convince
Sales Skills required.
MinimumQualification-Graduation required.
