Job Description

Responsible for receiving inbound calls and resolving customer quires.

Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services.

Understanding customer requirements and guiding them with the process

Escalate unresolved queries to respective departments for accurate redressal

Skills Required:

Excellent Oral Communication in English & Hindi or Telugu

Good Knowledge on Keyboard

Must be a Team Player

Willing to work 6 days a week in complete day shifts.

Salary (10k to 18k Take home) + ESI + PF + Food + Incentives.+ Shuttle Services
