Job Title: Customer Relation Officer

Qualification: Graduation

Gender: MALE/FEMALE

Experience: 0 to1Year

Salary: 25,000 Pm

Responsibilities and Duties:

-To manage bookings and customer queries.

- Guide customers with relevant options.

- Monitor movements in the backend department, complete the assigned tasks.

- Manage the overall running of the center.

- Everyday center reporting to the Branch Head.

Note: Candidates must be comfortable working on weekends.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

1.Communication and interpersonal skills necessary for Customer interactions

2. Understanding and experience in supply chain management and related operations like planning, procurement, order management, inventory, logistics management etc will be an advantage
3.Proven experience of independently handling branch in the same industry
4. Graduated /pursuing graduation is a must.
5. Excellent in communication and multitasking Should be young, energetic, ambitious, pleasing personality, good communicator, growth-oriented and have a customer service mindset.

Note: Candidate from similar industry/hospitality industry will be preferable.
