Job Description

Teletext is Hiring International Voice process experts for UK Inbound Call Centre.

Responsibilities

·         Handle inbound calls from our UK/Europe customers

·         Help our customers enjoy great vacations offering best deals and holidays packages.

·         Build trust and customer happiness through soft skills.

Required:

·         1+ years experience in any international voice process

·         Excellent in English Communication - both written/oral

·         Handled UK/International customers over phone

·         Go-getter attitude to work in a competitive work environment

·         Flexible to work in shift timings

·         Zeal to earn high incentives apart from salary
