Freshers:
· Fresher B.Com, M.Com, BBA, BBM, B.Sc. (2018 batch only) with 65% plus throughout their academics
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Excellent analytical and interfacing skills
· Willingness to work in different time zones
· Candidates with good knowledge of Internet Application, MS-Word and MS-Excel will have an added advantage
Laterals:
· 1 to 5 years of experience in running payroll and good understanding of Payroll Processing Methodology and legislation (Experience in Australia, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, US, UK, India payroll)
· Coordinate with the client on a daily/periodic basis
· Resolve issues pertaining to the payroll and provide absolute solutions for various queries posed by the client
· Assist Implementation team in testing UAT scripts in pre live stage
· Coordinate with other teams and work towards smooth functioning of the payroll
· Escalations to immediate supervisor at appropriate times and keep them updated on operational aspects
· Share best practices among the team
· Strong analytical and logical thinking ability. Good at number crunching
· Client focus and Good Team player
· Excellent verbal/written communication skills required
· Good analytical & decision making skills
· Willingness to work in different time zones/late night shifts
