Role:Branch Collections Manager- Collections - Mortgages

Reporting to:Area Collections Manager

Job Profile:

  • Achievement of delinquency related targets, 30+, 90+, ncl %, penal collection
  • Manage collection through in house or outsourced team. Motivating team members and providing guidance to them
  • Proper housekeeping with regard to maintenance of receipt books, records, vendor bills, repossession bills, legal trails/case papers.
  • Regular updation of contacts logs /action codes on collection system
  • Identify negative areas, profiles, customers and keep head office/regional office informed about same.
  • Proper warehouse management for repossessed assets.
  • Timely liquidation of repossessed assets.

 

Mandatory Criteria:

  • Graduation isa must
  • Good communication Skills.
  • Candidate age should be upto 35 years.
