Order Management with an exposure towards IMAC process flow

 Incident Management process 

Fair understanding on the IM concepts 

Real time experience of working on service tickets using an Incident Management tool such as, GAHD, SNOW or BMC Remedy

Conceptual understanding of BND ( Bot Net Detector) creation. Active Directory.

Conceptual understanding of the following services:

Telecommunications

 Messaging Services

 Outlook
 Exchange
 Lotus Notes
  Printers 
  Wireless and Wired
  Hardware and software troubleshooting
  Security Services 
  Smart Card Services
  SMIME encryption
  Anti-Virus ,Malware detection and troubleshooting
  
Hardware issues relates to Laptops, PCS and other office equipment
Windows Application Services
Smartphone Services
MS Office suite.
