Job Description

Aspirants fluent in English with technical knowledge on below aspects will be an ideal fit. In this role you will be supporting end users on technical issues.

Handling inbound calls & resolving technical issues for end users.

Proficient in Internet Connectivity & WI-FI issues troubleshooting.

Knowledge on various browsers - how to set them as default, what to be done in case the browser is corrupted etc.

Proficient in Understanding of operating systems. (Windows 7, 8 & 10)

Knowledge on outlook, Printers & scanner - installation, configuration, performance, and usage

Laptop/Desktop issues like Blue Screens, Beep Sounds, OS errors and how to troubleshoot them

Experience irrespective of domain worked in, will be added advantage.

2. Original Govt. ID proof (Pan/Aadhar/Voter ID) The dress code for the day is business formals or smart casuals.
