Roles and Responsibilities:

· To follow up on the generated leads.

· Coordinate with Area Partners (Brokers) to attain new houses from the area

designated  to them and also follow independent owner leads and close the deal.

· Verification of the location; house before on-boarding the property

· Pitch about the company policies; convincing the owner

· Collection of details for generating the agreement between the company & owner

Pre -Requisites( Educational Qualification and Experience):

· Experience 0.3 - 3 years

· Minimum educational qualification- Graduation (any specialization)

· Good communication skills

· Negotiation skills

· Candidates well versed with the local language would be preferable

· Should be ready to be on the field owing to the nature of the work

· Should possess or be ready to possess a 2 wheeler within 5-7 days of joining duty
