Inviting applications for the role of Process Associate

• In this role, you will be responsible to serve premium/privilege customer for their banking concern.
• You will have Rotational shifts with rotational week off.
• You will expected tofocus on Customer Experience, service and other metrics/targets assigned.

Responsibilities

• Ability to build good rapport and provide great customer experience, work in a relationship manager model for customers
• Documenting all relevant information while talking to the customer & wrapping up the calls in a stipulated timeframe
• Quick on system
• Effective problem solving capabilities, quick out of box thinking skills

Qualifications

• Graduates
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi

Preferred qualifications

• Customer Service background
• English Language proficiency
