We are looking for Assistant Managers and Deputy Managers for one of our expanding business units. The details of the same are mentioned below:
Job Roles and Responsibilities
Carrying out administrative Tasks within the department
Weekly TCM report along with MOT.
Quarterly reports (cl-35, compliant status)
Verifying documents received for duplicate/split/consolidation & mutilated share Certificatesand doing further process.
Verification of transmission/duplicate documents and sending it to company officials perusal and approval.
Sending weekly shareholding pattern along with bought & sold reports based on Benpos.
Replying email received from shareholders as well as company officials on daily basis
Attending phone calls and resolving queries received orally
Job Pre-requisites
It is essential the applicant should have a minimum of 4 to 9 yrs previous years employment.
Knowledge of Corporate Actions, Dividends, Stock Transfers and ISAs, and a good understanding of the risks and Controls of the department is an advantage, but not essential
Team Handling experience is a must
