Job Description
· To monitor the entire gamut of marketing operations of the organisation such as strategic planning preparation & execution of budgets and managing of Regional Managers in the milk products segment.
· conduct a study of market size for milk products to identify the gaps and arrive the plan of action to achieve the marketing objectives
· Evaluate the performance of branches and guide them to achieve
· Preparation & Implementation of market policy
· initiate and implement the branding activities.
SALARY : INR 25,00,000 - 30,00,000 P.A.
INDUSTRY :FMCG / FOODS / BEVERAGE
ROLE CATEGORY: SENIOR MANAGEMENT
ROLE: HEAD/VP/GM/NATIONAL MANAGER -SALES
EMPLOYMENT TYPE : PERMANENT JOB, FULL TIME
Desired Candidate Profile :
FMCG /Food / Dairy sales experience candidates will be preferred.
He should have PAN India sales operations experience.
He should be in charge for at least 4 to 5 states sales operations.
He should handle the 200 sales force.
