Job Description:

Responsible for providing IT assistance to include basic application support and software installation and troubleshooting.
Address user tickets regarding hardware & Software.
Conduct remote troubleshooting.
Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel.
Help create technical documentation and manuals.
Troubleshoot problems with Laptop Hardware, Application, printer and OS.

Skills:

Knowledge of Desktop Operating System and Office Automation applications (MS office/Acrobat/ Antivirus).
Knowledge of MS-Outlook.
