We Tata AIG General Insurance Company Limited, has vacancies for the position of Sales Coach.
Job Description:
The Sales Coach is the position which is based out of a call Center, the Responsibilities of a Sales Coach are
· Responsible for driving and achieving individual and team KPIs
· Monitoring CC Pulse, Roster Adherence & Break deviations
· Login time & Logout time to be monitored for each team member on a daily basis and ensure every team member is adhering to their shift timings as per the schedule
· Closely monitoring daily & weekly APR report Total number of dials and talk time to be monitored every hour
· Identifying the training requirement of each team member and recommending for refresher training by co-ordinating with the training team
· Identifying the bottom performers from the team and providing necessary support to come out of bottom performers bucket
· Organic rejects to be driven on floor. In case of any rejects, same to be closed on the same day
· Audit five non-sale calls and share it in the standard format with the Quality Team on a daily basis.
· Based on call audits observation, coaching callers on objections handling, urgency creation, benefits and sharing USPs to customers based on customer requirement
· Providing training on sales pitch and convincing skills Coordination with trainer and DM to understand the caller performance and improvement approach
· Responsible to handle Escalation Calls Quick response to all the complaints and ensure end to end closure within 4 hours
· Data Analysis & business reports for the process Ensure effective participation from team on daily, weekly & monthly contests rolled out by the management
· Team Engagement Activities to be planned once on a week and ensure participation from the team
Candidates Requirement:
Excellent Analytical Skills
Excellent Communications Skills in both English & Hindi
Excellent feedback Mechanism.
Should be able to Convince and Guide the Callers, So as to increase their Conversion ratio. Documents to Carry:
Copy of the updated resume.

Copies of all Work Experience Docs.
Copies of Last three Months pay slips.
Copy of Aadhar Card and pan Card Candidate should have all the documents relevant to his Previous Experience and education
