Job Description

Job Role - Customer Service Representative (CSR)

 Minimum Qualification - 10th Pass (Matriculation) 
Minimum Age - 18 Years

Candidate must carry his Resume and Aadhaar Card which must reflect complete date of birth (day - month - year).

10th and 12th Pass certificate copy will also be required while interview. 

Job Responsibilities

Providing assistance to customers.

Needs to follow SOPs & Ensuring Service standards.

Cashiering & Stock Management.

Upkeep and Maintenance of hygiene in the store.

Proper personal grooming & Best behavior with guest.

Handle the customers effectively on floor/POS/Area with no complaints.

Effective coordination and communication with colleagues
To have complete knowledge of all operations related SOP's.
