Core Responsibilities
Demonstrates effective, clear and professional written and oral communication.
Provides prompt and efficient service to sellers and suppliers including the appropriate escalation of sellers/suppliers issues.
Managing end-to-end account management requirements of a restaurant by scheduling meetings with restaurants post acquisitions by resolving issues if any, and analysing their performance reports and devising and suggesting the restaurants about strategies to implement to grow and improve their business
Handling end-to-end restaurant on-boarding and launch process by updating the trackers required.
Demonstrates excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently knowledge while using departmental resources, policies and procedures.
Contributes to a positive team environment and proactively aids team members with difficult contacts as needed.
Maintains acceptable performance metrics such as quality, productivity, first contact resolution, and attendance.
