Qualification:  ITI

Salary: 10,000 to 15,000 Pm

Main Duties & Responsibilities of Mechanical Fitter:

 • Use workshop equipment such as milling machines, lathes, etc.

 • Set and adjust machine tools and equipment.

 • Disassemble and/or assemble large rotational mechanical components and equipment to meet required specifications.

 • Position and install mechanical plant and equipment and record measurements using precision measurements equipment.

 • Heat bolts for stretching and record all relevant measurements. Health and Safety Compliance

 • Ensure compliance with OFS’s & the customer's Health, Safety & Environmental policies and procedures.

 • Complete necessary Health and Safety Forms.

• Adhere to Health and Safety policies and procedures including use of proper protective clothing. To ensure excellent customer interface and relations

 • If required, liaise effectively with customers in job execution.

• Provide customers with high quality, value added service

• Treat OFS’s customers with respect and courtesy and make every effort to facilitate any reasonable request for assistance. Requirements

• Experience working on Industrial Gas Turbines of Siemens, Mitsubishi and General Electric design.

• Applicants must have proven experience.

• Must have proven mechanical fitter experience working on industrial gas turbines

• Experience in other mechanical rotating equipment is an advantage

• Attention to detail, dedicated, able to work within small or large maintenance team environment.
