Job Description

Manage roster of the coordinators.
Monitor and make sure the process runs error free.
Co-Ordinate Teleconsultations (between MRC and other projects)
Basic Tech support to Doctors
Reschedule the Consultations if required as per published roster
Virtual technical training to field team
Customer Feedback calling (periodic calling to customer to get feedback)
Reporting (Maintain the reports of all consults)
Publish daily, weekly and monthly MIS as per management requirement. 
Tracking all IT issues in Bug list and follow up on the same till resolved.
Doctor monitoring (login, log outs timings and breaks)

Skill Set:
People handling skills.
Data Analytics
MIS and Reporting
should be good at handling pressure.
Good with computers and MS office
Multitasks
Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
