Job Description

The Account Manager / IT Recruiter is responsible for growing the IT staffing business using your existing relationships (including MSP's), whilst recruiting for our existing and new clients. There are no territory limits.

You will perform 80% recruiting and 20% business development but can switch to 100% recruiting if needed or 90/10 etc. We have onshore recruiting support to help with large amounts of job orders (if needed).

Identifies and secures new and existing client relationships via phone, email, in-person meetings, and other methods.
Markets services to fulfill human capital needs in contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire positions within Information Technology.
Consults hiring managers in the selection process
Manages open job orders from intake to fulfillment.
Collaborates with teammates to fill open positions and cross-sell other lines of business
Markets candidates for open positions and to win new business.
Qualifications

You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT staffing sales/recruiting.
You have established relationship's with hiring managers
MUST be excellent with complex boolean queries
You have a history of exceeding individual goals while enhancing winning teams.
You have a stellar work ethic & unparalleled sense of commitment.
You have a knack for solving problems in ways nobody thought of.
You are admired by those around you. People are naturally drawn to you.
