3. Willingness to work in whichever shift and work week is assigned
4. Proficient computer literacy skills and good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
5. Detail-oriented, organized, and ability to work independently
6. Excellent analytical and logical skills
7. Ability to calmly and methodically handle high volumes of work within tight deadlines
8. Communicating with clients, determining their specific needs and write content in adherence to client goals.
