Job Description

- Responsible for driving collections numbers on floor by keeping the team motivated (consumer durable and two wheeler loan)
- Should have handled a team of 20-25 agents in collections profile. 
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in BFSI x-bucket collections business with a leading BPO

- Constantly monitor & review performance metrics for achievement of objective.

-Candidate with similar experience will be preferred

- Shift: 9AM - 7 PM
