Job Description

·         To escalate the queries of the customer via Email.

·         Resolve the queries and issues of the Customers

·         Maintain the better relationship with the customers

·         Handling inbound chat

·         Handling customer queries and service through chat and email.

·         Responsible to provide timely and effective resolutions to customers through chats & emails

·         Managing Escalations and connect directly with the business

Job Pre-requisites:

·         Good communication skills in English (both verbal and written)

·         Flair for Customer Service

Job Pre Requisites

·         Proficient in Excel (Vlookup, Hlookup, Pivot, Charts)

·         Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software packages

·         Numeracy skills

·         The candidate should be ready to work in rotational shifts
